The files are not set for download. However we are looking at a way to make them downloadable and protect the integrity of the site and not run afoul of any creators.

An account is necessary to provide billing details. The good news is this is only needed once. All data and payments are done through PayPal, safely and securely.
Honestly if one were to look hard enough on the web, one could find all that we have compiled here. However we also built a framework, bought server space and bandwidth and custom JavaScript elements were developed to put it all together. Unfortunately this costs money. As much as we wanted to provide all this for free for any Lodge, it just wasn't feasible.
